What is Permanon?
Permanon™ is a non-toxic line of surface protection products that is water based and biodegradable. Permanon is sold as a concentrate to be mixed with water. This new technology allows for rapid application of a transparent, durable, UV resistant coating safe for all solid indoor and outdoor surfaces. Once applied, the surface will have a brilliant shine, be extremely water repellent and resistant to heavy soiling. Permanon resists nearly all acids, alkaline solutions and solvents.

So Permanon is a wax?
No, Permanon contains no wax. The active ingredient in Permanon is the element Silicium (Si₁₄)

How do you apply it?
It is best applied by misting it onto a surface, then wiping dry with a clean dry micro fibre cloth or rinsing it with clean water.

How does it work?
All surfaces have a negative charge; Permanon when mixed with water has a positive charge. When a surface is misted with Permanon the positive charged Silicium bonds electrostatically, water is simply the carrier.

How long will a treated surface last?
The only way to remove Permanon is by abrasion or by using a cleaner with an alkalinity of pH12 or higher. So if neither abrasion nor pH12 or higher is not present Permanon will remain on a surface.

What can I treat with Permanon?
Any hard surface can be treated - plastics, metals, painted/varnished surfaces, gel coat, glass, FRP and polished stone to name a few. Permanon works on the nano level and will offer no protection on fabric or suede.

Is Permanon safe to use?
Permanon is non-flammable and contains no toxic substances.
